Deliveries rarely arrive all at once
A goods received note records exactly what landed, receipt by receipt. The PO stays open until you decide it is done.
- Partial deliveries are normal: book what arrived, the rest stays open.
- Multiple receipts per PO, each logged as its own GRN.
