How does the 14-day trial work?
Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. Each shop gets one trial, ever: changing plans or reinstalling later does not start a new one.
What happens if I go over my order limit?
Sync never stops. Syncing and oversell protection keep running even over the limit, so your stock numbers stay true on every channel. Only merchant-initiated extras are restricted.
How is billing handled?
Through Shopify Billing. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice, and there is no separate payment setup. All prices are in USD.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between plans as your order volume changes, and billing stays on your Shopify invoice. Moving plans does not restart the trial: each shop gets one 14-day trial, ever.
